Brave / Capital Solutions provides a range of services to underperforming companies. Alongside existing management, we develop realistic, executable plans to stabilise financial and operational performance.
We bring companies back to long-term health by aligning the company's strategy, its resources and the mind-set of the people to the business environment. We realise this through (a combination of) executive and non-executive management positions, board advisory and direct investments. We operate in (almost) any industry/sector, in any geography.
We also act as Chief Restructuring Officer ("CRO") to bring credibility and objectivity to the restructuring process, drive stability in the restructuring process and build consensus among stakeholders about the direction of the restructuring.
